Canada Post - Tracking number provided and drop-off without signature. Delivery varies by location but usually range between 5-7 business days. UPS - If available as a shipping option - 3 Day Select service. Orders are shipped within a week of placement. Shipping costs: $10 CAD for orders under $65 CAD | FREE for orders over $65 CAD
USA (Including Puerto Rico) PLEASE READ
UPDATE October 28, 2025: We are currently utilizing Duty PrePaid (DPP) option for US shipping. The US government is not honouring their USMCA agreement (which would make cosmetics purchased from Canada tariff (duty) free. This means that US customers are now subject to 35% (possibly 45% depending Trump's mood for the day) blanket tariff (import duty) on all Canadian cosmetics plus a handling fee (brokerage) of approximately 5%. This amount will be shown as a tax line item on the checkout page. With Duty PrePaid (DPP) this means there will be no other delivery fees and your package will be delivered much faster with preclearance at the border. Because the interpretation and application of the new laws are constantly evolving by both US Customs officials and by shipping companies, we can not make absolute guarantees but we will always do our best to take care of you, our client during this never-before-seen time in history..

Option 1 - Canada Post Small Packet - International Air - Tracking is unavailable for this service. Delivery is 10-15 business days on average but is not guaranteed. Shipping costs: $22 CAD for orders under $65 CAD | $12.50 CAD for orders over $65 CAD. Option 2 - Canada Post - International - Tracking number provided. Delivery varies by location but usually is around 2 weeks. Shipping costs: $35 CAD for orders under $65 CAD | $25 CAD for orders over $65 CAD

Returns
We do not accept returns of any items.
Please ensure you understand the products you are purchasing. We are always available through our contact page and social media to answer any questions you may have about your products. You may cancel your order at any time before shipping, but once shipped, we can not refund your purchase. Please ensure you have read and understand the ingredients of the products you are purchasing. If you have an issue with the quality of the product (ie, frozen, separated emulsion, damaged container, etc. please send us a photo of the concern through our "Contact Us" page and we will refund or reship the damaged product.
We are always willing to meet our clientele's needs and will try our absolute best to resolve any issues you may have, but as an example, we received two requests for refunds last month because the purchasers "changed their minds". As a customer, we would never expect you to want someone else's returned product so in a case like this, the product is wasted, and we, as a small business, are at a loss because someone made a purchase and then changed their mind. In an effort to ensure we offer the best products at the lowest prices, we simply can not operate a business like that. Thank you for your understanding.
